My name is Chris and I am the owner of Chris Canales Photography, a New Jersey based wedding and portrait photography studio. I am so so thankful that you are here and I cannot wait to chat and learn more about you and your wedding!

Step One - Understand what is important to you
First, fill out the contact form and I will reply within 48 hours with some more information and provide you with a few dates and times for us to chat further and learn all about your wedding plans.
Step Two - Sign the contract
After our initial chat, I will provide a personalized proposal for you to review and sign. Once the contract has been signed and retainer paid, your date will be officially locked in. I will begin the process of creating your timeline and this will be modified with subsequent calls / emails. We will make sure everything is confirmed or as close to before your wedding day.
Step Three - Engagement Session
If your wedding collection includes an engagement session, we will plan a date and location that works best for you.
Considering an engagement session?
This is a great way for us to meet before your big day and do a โtrial runโ. Engagement photos can also be used for your save the dates.

Step Four - Wedding Day
Your BIG day is finally here. It is time for YOU to enjoy every minute of the day and leave it to me to make sure beautiful memories are documented.
Get ready to receive a handful of photos the very following day!
Step Five - Post Wedding Day
No later than 6-8 weeks you will receive your final gallery and get to relive your wedding day all over again!
